Tax Lien Profits Guide offers a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. We believe in the quality and honesty of the information we provide, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase decision.
Because we sell digital products that are delivered immediately, we rely on your honest feedback to process refunds rather than requiring you to "return" anything (you can't un-read a PDF, and we know that). We trust our customers.
Who Qualifies for a Refund
You qualify for a full refund if:
- Your request is submitted within 30 days of your purchase date
- You purchased directly through our website at taxlienprofits.com
- This is your first refund request for this product (one refund per customer)
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@taxlienprofits.com
- Subject line: "Refund Request — [your order email]"
- Include: The email address used at purchase and your approximate purchase date
- That's it. No reason required. No lengthy forms. No runaround.
We process refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe) and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license to use the guide is revoked. We ask that you delete any downloaded copies of the PDF from your devices. We won't come after you legally for having read it — we're reasonable — but we do ask for honesty in return for our trust.
Situations We Cannot Refund
We generally cannot process refunds for:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- Purchases made through third-party platforms (not our direct website)
- Repeated purchase/refund cycles from the same customer
- Dissatisfaction based solely on a change of mind after the 30-day window
If you have an unusual circumstance, contact us anyway. We use judgment, not rigid rules.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We'd much prefer you contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are expensive and time-consuming for everyone. If you have a problem with your purchase, we will almost always resolve it faster and more favorably through direct contact. Email us first at support@taxlienprofits.com.
Technical Issues with Delivery
If you did not receive your PDF download link after payment, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us with your payment confirmation or the email used at checkout, and we will resend your download link immediately. Delivery issues are not refund situations — we'll make sure you get what you paid for.
